In Pennsylvania, your landlord must either return your full security deposit within 30 days of the lease ending or give you an itemized list of damages (a breakdown of damages which required them to use the security deposit on the repairs). If you aren't provided with either of those, you are entitled to the full amount of your security deposit. In certain cases, Pennsylvania has awarded the tenant with double the amount of the original security deposit.
